Civil Engineering Division

The division of Civil Engineering was established to provide fully integrated Civil services, thereby empowering us to engage in all major construction sectors. We undertake projects where the full tasks of construction are handled by us. We have dedicated team to handle projects with requisite skills and experience as it reduces the client’s risks and overall costs where the single point of accountability and their point of contact is us.

The timely back up support of our Procurement & Supply Division has generated a proven track record in terms of project execution and delivery. This has generated consistent as well as new clients for UT. Our range of operations includes construction of Multi Storied Commercial Buildings, Warehouse Projects, Luxury Villas and Construction of Utility Structures.        Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing

This division is established as a major player in executing prestigious commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional projects for government as well as private clients. A team of dedicated engineers and technicians are geared to execute installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, LV and Mechanical Work. The in-house experienced MEP team provides us an added advantage of expertise to execute projects. Facilities & Project Management Services

To look after your assets and to ensure smooth working and extended life cycle of your equipment, we do Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all types of Civil & MEP equipment for both residential and commercial sectors. We also offer soft services contract and deliver high quality services with skilled workforce to meet the client’s expectations in time.

We offer our services for mobilization, transition, and handover of all kind of projects related to facilities management. We carry out energy surveys of the projects and suggest suitable plans to save their energy and resources. Our services also include asset management of projects maintained as per international standards of SFG20 and of community management standards. We do any kind of renovation and maintenance work of horizontal & vertical buildings i.e. Residential, Commercial, Malls, Hotels, Schools, and Retails including their infrastructure.
